Intro to Quilting

Learn the basics by making a small sampler wallhanging in just six weeks! You'll learn how to prepare fabric and cut with a rotary cutter. There will be homework most weeks to complete additional sets of blocks that you learn to make in class. At the end of six weeks, you'll have the blocks you need to create a small wall hanging.

What you'll need to bring to class:

• Sewing machine in good working order
• Thread - 100% cotton sewing weight, neutral color
• Fabric Scissors
• Seam Ripper
• Pins
• Your six (6) fat quarters - which should be chosen before class begins. We're more than happy to help you select the perfect ones for your porject.

Currently offered:

• Six week course - please call for schedule
• Cost: $70, includes 6 fat quarters and book. Additional fabric will be needed to complete quilt.
