Anyone who knows me, knows I ALWAYS have more than one (hundred) projects going. So, I thought I’d share what’s currently and actively in progress around here.
- This week I made a fabric wall panel. It was a quick and easy project (and it’s done!)
- I started a pair of socks in Kollage’s Sock-a-licious using the pattern Algernon from Fiber Dreams. (We carry several of their sock patterns)
- I started an apron from a free pattern I found on the web. You’ll have to stay tuned for the details (it’s next Monday’s “Make it Monday” project).
- I fused all 24 ornaments to black felt from the Nancy Halvorsen 2010 Christmas Panel, Tidings. Plans are to quilt the panel and finish the ornaments in the next few days.
- Also plan to finish a fun table runner I made from the book Skinny Quilts and Table Runners II. (More will also be coming out about that!)
- I continue to work on Summit – a knit shawl using Kollage’s Milky Whey. The pattern is free from Knitty.com. It’s so much fun to knit, and I’m more than 3/4 done. We’re having a knit-a-long in July for a scarf version.
